Which documents are needed for international shipping?
Typically, a commercial invoice, packing list and transport document are needed. Certificates, permits and other documents vary by cargo and destination. Our team can discuss the requirements for your shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Transit time depends on transport mode, route, available departures, cargo requirements and customs processing. We will discuss available timing when preparing your shipment enquiry.
Do you coordinate customs clearance?
Yes. Import and export clearance coordination is one of our service categories. Share your cargo and route details so we can discuss the required documentation and scope.
Can I ship less than a full container?
Yes. LCL consolidation is an option for smaller shipments that can share container space. Suitability and cost depend on the cargo, volume, route and handling requirements.
Can you arrange urgent shipments?
Our Expedited Services focus on time-sensitive cargo. Available routing and timing must be confirmed for each individual shipment.
